Triton Star Wars collections

This is one of those frustrating discoveries – falling in love with a new designer, but can’t buy any pieces. While reading up on the latest fashion week news from Sao Paulo, Brazil, I saw mention of Darth Vader appearing on the runway as part of Brazilian designer Triton’s winter 2015 Star Wars inspired collection. Spending a while trying to find information/photos of the designer and collection, I stumbled across some older news articles. Triton released a Star Wars collection including women’s tops and dresses back in April! I am so in love with many of the pieces, but sadly most have sold out, and I can’t order internationally from the websites with a few pieces left. Blogger Ligia has a post featuring a Triton Star Wars Padme’ Amidala dress, while Julia Thetinski blogs about her Triton white and black stormtrooper dress. I envy them so much! I love both dresses, so gorgeous (seriously, please let me know if you know where I could buy these internationally).

Triton’s official Facebook page has galleries from their Winter 2015 runway show – I find it quite interesting that the whole collection had men’s and women’s looks, but the Star Wars imagery was only used on women’s looks. I think my favourite is the Darth Vader dress, but I would love to get my hands on any of the Star Wars pieces from this fantastic collection.
