The countdown has ended – the Po-Zu x Star Wars collection is officially available for pre-order! Currently, the website is only displaying the women’s Rey boot – I will update this post with more styles as they appear on the Po-Zu website. Check out my earlier post for photos of the collection on display at Celebration Orlando.
*Update* the full collection is now live – there are 9 women’ styles/colours to choose from –
- Rey boots – brown, grey
- Resistance sneakers – off white, red, black
- BB-8 sneakers – orange
- Stormtrooper boots – white, black
- Chewie boots – brown
As expected, the licensing fees means that the Star Wars Rey boot costs £25 more than the original Piper V boots (well, £57.50 more, if you take into account the current sale price of the original boots). It is up to fans if the small changes in design (like the different sole pattern and embossed Star Wars logo on the heel) will be worth the difference in price.
Available in women’s Euro shoe sizes 36 to 42, the footwear is priced at £110.00 to £195.00 per pair (approximately US$141.58 to US$250.98 per pair). Po-Zu can ship internationally, which is great. Please note you will be charged the full price when ordering, with stock due to ship in August 2017.
