Her Universe has revealed a new R2-D2 t-shirt that will debut at D23 Expo. The women’s black t-shirt features a colourful R2-D2 print (with his side jets as seen in Ep2/Ep3) and the pink text ‘My Hero’. The announcement mentions ‘new exclusives’ but doesn’t specify if this R2-D2 shirt is exclusive or will also be available on-line. As well as the new t-shirt, Her Universe will have other recent items available, including the lightsaber skirt, X-Wing and High Commander cardigans, Hoth and Bespin pin up dresses, and the ewok hooded tank top. Some of the company’s most popular geek designs (both apparel and jewelry) and new exclusives from Star Wars and Marvel will be offered at two different Her Universe boutiques – Apparel Location A315 and Accessories Location C2005. In addition, with every purchase of $50 or more customers attending D23 will receive a FREE Her Universe lanyard (also available to purchase for $5.00) and each Her Universe boutique will have a FREE Star Wars or Marvel sticker to give away just for stopping by (while supplies last).
