Recently added to the Body Vibe x Star Wars jewelry wholesale website is this pair of X-Wing dangle earrings. While I initially loved the design, I just recently noticed that the laser cannons are cut short. I guess this is because they would be thin and prone to breaking, but then why use the design if it has to be changed so much? They should have copied the angle used for the fantastic Weingeroff Ent X-Wing necklace, which reduces the length of the cannons due to the perspective. I guess I’m just confused, I was so excited to see x-wing earrings but I don’t think I’d wear them knowing the cannons are missing. I can really see this earring style work well with TIE Fighters hanging from the Imperial logo – or the Millennium Falcon hanging from the Rebel logo instead. But anyway, those are just my thoughts, and they are still very recognizably Star Wars. Entertainment Earth currently has the earrings available for pre-order (due in June), priced at US$49.99.
